Privacy notice
What we do with the details you send us when you book a free consultation, apply to work with us, or work with us as a client, and what we learn from visits to this website. Last updated 10 October 2026.
Who we are
Jitter Squad Media, a story-led marketing and tech agency in Chandigarh, run by Raghav Kapur. For anything about your data, email hello@raghavkapur.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 62396 63388.
What we collect
When you book a free consultation, we receive:
- Your name
- Your WhatsApp number
- When suits you: the times you pick, if any
Nothing else. The public pages set no cookies; the client area sets one, to keep you signed in. What we learn from visits to this website is under Analytics below.
Why
Only to arrange your consultation and talk to you about the work you asked about. We do not sell your details, share them for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.
Where it goes and for how long
Your details are saved in our database and sent to us as a message and an email, so we can reply quickly. We keep them while we are talking to you, and delete them 12 months after our last conversation unless you become a client.
Analytics
We use Mixpanel to see how people use this website: the pages they open, what they click, how far they scroll, and their device, browser and rough location (the city, worked out from the internet address, which is not kept). Your browser keeps a random ID so we can tell visits apart.
Mixpanel never gets your name, your number or anything you type, and does not record your screen. It stores this data in the United States. We use it only to improve this website and our work.
If we sent you a personal link to a page we made for your business, opening it tells us it was you, and we see what you looked at on that visit and later ones.
To turn analytics off on your browser, use the switch on this page at jittersquad.com/privacy/.
If you apply to work with us
When you email us to apply, we receive what you choose to send, usually your name, email address and phone number, the work you share and anything you tell us about yourself.
We use it only to consider your application and reply to you. We don’t share it outside Jitter Squad Media. If we don’t work together, we delete it 12 months after our last conversation, or sooner if you ask.
If you are a client
When you sign in to your page with us, we collect your username, one sign-in cookie, and the times and the internet address you sign in from. Sign-in attempts are deleted after 30 days. As the work goes on, we also keep the answers and files you send us through your page.
We use them only to do the work you hired us for and to keep your page private to you.
Your username, your sign-in times and addresses, and later your answers and files are kept in our database with Neon, in the United States, and our file storage with Cloudflare.
We keep them for the project and 12 months after, or delete them sooner if you ask. Photos not used on your site are deleted 90 days after your site goes live, and we tell you before that happens.
If you send us photos with other people in them, you confirm you have the right to share them. We use them only for your site, and anyone in them can ask us to remove them.
Your rights, and how to complain, are under Your choices and rights below.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: send a WhatsApp message or an email saying so, and we will stop using your details and delete them.
You can also ask us for a summary of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance with us, through the same email or WhatsApp number.
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

You can ask for this notice in any language listed in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India.
