We’re hiring. Jitter Squad is small and growing, and we’re looking for people who want to build it with us.

## Who we’re hiring

- **Writer**: Words for websites, Google profiles and posts, written from each business’s story.
- **Designer**: Websites and brands for small businesses, from the first sketch to the small details that make them feel finished.
- **Video editor**: Short videos and reels cut so a business’s story comes across in seconds.

## How we work

- **Story leads, tech supports.** We ask about your customers and why they choose you before we talk about tech, then pick only the tech that helps tell it. You’ll always know what we’re doing and what it costs.
- **Room for good ideas.** We put more than one idea on the table before we build anything. The best one wins, whoever it came from.
- **One standard.** A single landing page gets the same care as a whole app. Nothing reaches you until we’d be proud to put our name on it.
- **In your name.** Your domain, Google profile and ad accounts are registered to you. If you ever leave, you take all of it with you.
